If nothing fits

Custom work is scoped in writing before it is priced.

The catalogue covers the work we deliver most often. When a process sits outside it — an unusual document set, a system without a stable interface, or a workflow that needs its own review model — we write the scope first and price it against that scope, not against an assumption.

  • A written statement of what will and will not be delivered
  • The human review points and who owns them
  • Named dependencies on your systems, data and people
  • A fee that only becomes payable once the scope is accepted
