Workflow Patterns

The workflow patterns we implement.

Each pattern below sets out the problem it solves, the workflow we build and where a person stays in control. Client names and figures are published only with written approval.

These are the workflow designs Axiomora implements. Client identities, metrics and commercial outcomes are kept confidential unless a client approves publication in writing.

Customer support

Approved-content support assistant

The problem

A support inbox receives the same product and policy questions repeatedly, and answers vary between agents.

The designed workflow

An assistant answers only from an approved knowledge set. Anything outside it, or flagged as sensitive, is routed to a person.

Human review point

Agents approve draft replies for any account-specific or contractual question before they are sent.

Document workflow

Structured extraction with reviewer sign-off

The problem

Invoices and forms arrive in different formats and are re-keyed by hand into a finance system.

The designed workflow

Fields are extracted into a fixed structure. Items below the agreed confidence threshold, or missing a required field, go to a review queue.

Human review point

A finance reviewer confirms extracted values before anything is posted downstream.

Sales workflow

Enquiry triage into CRM

The problem

Website enquiries sit unassigned, and follow-up depends on who happens to see them.

The designed workflow

Enquiries are classified, enriched with the information already supplied, and routed to the right owner with a summary.

Human review point

No outbound message is sent automatically; the owner reviews the summary and decides the response.
