Refund and Cancellation Policy

Consultations

• Full refund or rescheduling when cancelled at least 48 hours before the session.
• Late cancellations may be non-refundable.
• Missed sessions are generally non-refundable.
• We may reschedule or refund if we are unable to deliver.

Training

• Cancellation terms depend on participant count, preparation and delivery format.
• Substituting participants may be permitted.
• Custom training preparation fees may be non-refundable.
• Venue, travel and third-party costs may be deducted where already incurred.

Projects

• Deposits reserve resources and commence discovery.
• Completed work is non-refundable.
• Approved third-party expenses are non-refundable.
• Cancellation charges depend on work completed and committed costs.
• Remaining unused prepaid amounts are reviewed against the signed agreement.

Digital products

Downloads are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where files are defective, materially different from the description or refund is required by applicable law.

Subscriptions

• Cancelling prevents future renewals.
• Amounts already billed are reviewed according to the subscription terms.
• Customers retain access until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended for misuse.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We cannot guarantee bank or card processing speed.
