Managing Director
Signs off what Axiomora will and will not take on, agrees pricing in AED and stays the escalation point for the client through delivery.
Owns: Commercial scope, written scopes of work and the final go/no-go on every engagement.
Axiomora AI helps UAE organisations adopt AI where it genuinely improves work — not where it looks impressive in a slide.

We are a UAE-based artificial intelligence consultancy, software implementation partner and professional training provider. Our engagements begin with a business process, not a platform.
We identify the tasks suited to automation and the tasks that require human judgement, then deploy using customer-approved technologies with appropriate controls, security and training.
We speak plainly about limitations. AI can reduce repetitive manual work, improve response consistency and give teams faster access to approved information. It does not replace people, guarantee accuracy or eliminate operational risk.

Process maps before platforms. It is slower for a week and faster for a year.
Not with a tool, a model or a platform preference.
The workflow reads only what the business has agreed it may read.
Least access necessary, reviewed rather than assumed.
Every workflow has a named owner accountable for its output.
On real, awkward cases from your operation — not curated examples.
A workflow nobody uses has not succeeded, however elegant it is.
Scope, controls, limitations and who agreed to them.
Exception review and tuning, with a change log of what moved and why.
Axiomora is a small senior team, not a resourcing pool. The people in the discovery workshop are the people who design, configure and hand over the workflow. Every engagement has one named lead who owns the scope end to end and one named client-side owner who signs off the output.

Owns: Commercial scope, written scopes of work and the final go/no-go on every engagement.
Runs the discovery workshop, writes the workflow map and the operating guide, and is the person your team works with day to day.
Owns: Process mapping, workflow design, configuration and handover documentation.
Decides what the workflow may read, where outputs are stored, how long they are kept and which cases must always reach a person.
Owns: Access lists, retention settings, confidence thresholds and the exception review model.
Builds the role-based curriculum, delivers sessions remotely or on-site in the UAE, and reviews usage after handover.
Owns: Executive briefings, team workshops and adoption support after go-live.

One workflow in production teaches more than a twelve-month plan. We would rather deliver a narrow thing that works than a broad thing that is nearly ready.
Access lists, retention settings, exception queues and written handover documentation are what make a workflow survivable after the project team leaves.
Discovery sometimes concludes that the process needs fixing, not automating. That is a legitimate outcome and we say it plainly.
We do not quote accuracy figures we have not measured on your data, and we do not present example material as client results.
Fixed-scope services can be booked directly from the catalogue at published AED prices. Implementation work becomes payable only from an accepted scope of work.
