Training

Practical AI training for people who have a job to do.

Not a technology lecture. Sessions are built around the work your team already does, and the mistakes that work invites.

Executive briefing

A calm, commercial view of what AI can and cannot do for you.

Half a day, no product pitch, and an honest answer about which of your processes are worth touching first.

Role-based content

The same tool means different things to different desks.

Training that treats a finance clerk and a sales manager identically ends up useful to neither. We split content by role and use each team's own material for the exercises.

  • Leadership

Deciding what to fund, how to govern it and how to judge whether it worked.

  • Customer service

Draft-and-review discipline, approved wording, escalation and tone.

  • Sales

Lead summaries, follow-up preparation and keeping CRM records honest.

  • Finance and admin

Document handling, exception queues and what must never be auto-posted.

  • Operations

Procedure lookup, request routing and shift handover summaries.

  • Team leads

Sampling quality, spotting drift and owning the change log.

How we run sessions

Six commitments we hold to on every booking.

Training is where adoption is won or lost, so the conditions matter as much as the content. These are agreed before a date is confirmed.

  • Exercises use your own cases, not generic examples
  • Every session states the limits of the tool as clearly as its uses
  • Written guidance is left behind for the next joiner
  • No certification claims are made on anyone's behalf
  • Attendance and materials are agreed before the session is scheduled
  • Sessions can be delivered in a single group or split by department

Rescheduling, attendance and cancellation terms are set out in the training policy.
