1. Who is responsible

CLICkED IN FZE LLC, trading as Axiomora, Business Center Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, decides how information collected through this website and through our own business operations is used. Privacy enquiries: management@axiomora.online.

2. Three categories of information

This policy distinguishes between three categories, because they are handled differently.

• General website information. What you submit through enquiry and booking forms, plus technical data generated when you browse the site.
• Client account and billing information. What we hold to administer an engagement, issue invoices and record payments.
• Project data. Information within a client's business process that we handle while designing, configuring or supporting a workflow. Where we handle project data on a client's instructions, the roles, permitted uses, retention and security arrangements are documented in the engagement documentation for that project, which takes precedence over this policy for that data.

3. What we collect through the website

• Name, business email, company name, telephone number and country submitted through forms.
• Your description of the process you want to improve, current method, approximate volumes and systems.
• Consultation and booking details, including preferred contact method.
• Billing details and a payment reference. We do not receive or store raw payment-card numbers.
• Support and enquiry correspondence.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, health records or confidential customer files through website forms. Enquiry forms are for a general description of your process only.

4. Why we use it

• To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations.
• To prepare quotations and scopes of work.
• To deliver, administer and support engagements.
• To issue invoices, take payment and keep accounting records.
• To maintain the security and correct operation of our website and systems.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
• To send service-related communications. Marketing emails are only sent where you have opted in.

We process this information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function and, where enabled, analytics that help us understand aggregate usage. Our Cookie Policy explains the categories and how to control them through your browser.

6. Service providers

We cannot deliver our services alone, and we do not claim that information is never shared. We use third-party providers which may include hosting and infrastructure providers, email and communication providers, payment processing providers, analytics providers and AI model or platform providers. Providers are given only the information needed for their function. The specific providers relevant to a client engagement are confirmed during scoping and documented where required.

We also disclose information where required by law, by a court or by a competent authority.

7. Processing outside the UAE

Some providers operate infrastructure outside the United Arab Emirates, so information may be processed in other countries. We do not claim that all processing is confined to a single country. Where a client requires specific processing locations, that requirement must be raised during scoping so that we can confirm whether it can be met.

8. Retention

Enquiry information is kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Engagement and financial records are kept for as long as required by applicable law, tax and accounting obligations. Project data retention is agreed per engagement and stated in the engagement documentation. We do not operate a blanket automatic deletion period across all information.

9. Security

We apply access controls appropriate to the information we hold, restrict access to people who need it for their work, and review the providers we rely on. We do not claim any security certification. Our approach and its limits are described on the Data Handling and Security page.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to management@axiomora.online. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Where a request concerns project data held on a client's instructions, we will refer the request to that client.

11. Children

Our services are for organisations and business users. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above reflects the current version.
