Accessibility statement.
What we do, what we have not yet done, and how to tell us about a problem.
Our approach
We aim to make this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.
We work towards the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines as a design reference. This is a statement of intent and current practice, not a claim of independent certification or a completed third-party audit.
What we do
Pages use semantic headings and landmarks so assistive technology can navigate structure.
Interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard, and focus remains visible.
Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
Colour combinations are chosen with contrast in mind, and colour alone is not used to convey meaning.
Layouts reflow on small screens and support browser zoom.
Known limitations
This site has not been through a formal external accessibility audit. Some areas — particularly complex layouts and embedded third-party content such as scheduling or payment components — may not fully meet Level AA.
Third-party components are outside our direct control, and their accessibility depends on the provider.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter something on this site you cannot access, please tell us what page you were on and what happened. We will respond and, where we can, offer the information in another format.
