Industries

Built for the way your industry actually operates.

A support assistant in hospitality and one in finance share almost no rules. Sector context decides the scope, the controls and the wording.

Why sector context matters

The workflow is generic. The rules never are.

Every sector has a line it will not let software cross. In recruitment it is the shortlist. In finance it is the payment run. In property it is anything that sounds like a valuation.

We find that line early, write it into the workflow as a hard stop, and design the review step around it — so the automation is useful right up to the boundary and stops cleanly at it.

The same applies to language. UAE operations often run bilingually and across several time zones of supplier contact; the wording an assistant is allowed to use is agreed with your team, not generated freely.

Same framework, different rules

Whatever the sector, the accountable person does not change.

Sector shapes what the workflow may do on its own. It never removes the requirement for a named owner.

Regulated and sensitive work

Where we deliberately stop.

We do not build workflows that decide employment outcomes, credit, insurance eligibility, medical matters, legal rights or regulatory status. AI can prepare, summarise and route that work; a qualified, authorised person decides it.

If a request would cross that line, we say so during scoping and propose the supported version instead. That is usually a smaller build — and a defensible one.
